中学２年生くらいのレベルの英語でとりあえず書いてみた。
たぶん単語や文法の間違いが甚だしいはずなので、そこは寛大な心をもって、
何も言わずに胸の中で小バカにしてくだされ。

Dear Friends

I imagine it's very fantastic time that your Japanese trip to watch rugby world cup games.
But,I heard some bad rumors about foreign people(like you!) in Japan,especially,Shinjuku Golden Gai.

You know,Golden Gai is very popular spot for foreigners in Tokyo,Japan.
There's many tiny old bars,each bar has it's original world.
Tiny old bars and narrow streets make a unique atmosphere.

In Golden gai,Foreign people who come to japan to watch rugby world cup games are unwelcome,
honestly speaking,are hated.

The reasons are various.For example,some foreign people are;
・drinking outside bar,and leave trash or bar glasses
・gathered too many and shout,sing,rage,storm loudly
・gathered too many and are as obstructions of passages
・offenders who violate the rules of bars and cautions of bartenders
・users offensive languages(like f××k!) to bartenders
and so on.

To summarize,in Golden Gai, foreign people are regarded as rascals.

Of course,I think all foreign people are not rascals.They are a little part of foreign people.
But I'm afraid some rough foreigners make people who usually work or drink in Golden Gai so nervous.

Please imagine your familiar spot ,example,your home town,is suddenly occupied by strangers.
Besides,if the strangers destroy the atmosphere of your home town brutally,how do you feel？

I know you are gentle rugby fun,so,I believe you don't bother people who work or drink at Golden gai.

But if you will be excited with heat up foreigners,please try to be calm and imagine your home town.

I hope your trip are very interesting to the end.
Someday,I'm looking forward to seeing you in Shinjuku Golden Gai.
